Even though the first consultation has to be with the manager, the line they drew for me was pretty and they explained things well. The manager and the director both seemed proud of the hospital, so I trusted them and went ahead with the surgery. The director explained things well and was humorous. He listened carefully to the direction I wanted. It's only been a short time since the surgery, but I really like the line!
