They don’t take appointments separately, so I waited and then went in. I waited about 20 minutes. But when the counseling director was setting the eye line, I asked what mm size it was, and they said they didn’t know either and were just setting it by feel. That made me feel they lacked professionalism. They also told me I was too sensitive and said I didn’t fit their clinic.
