The doctor was fine, but the staff were not. At first it seemed okay, but the staff had blank expressions and weren't very friendly, so it was bad. Just looking at the staff gets me irritated to the point that I feel bad myself

I like the director, but... I'm still not sure!! The consultant also didn't pressure me, which I liked!!! There was something I wanted, but they said that wouldn't work, so it was nice that the director explained it so clearly!!!!!
