You have to go in prepared to give up on friendliness. The cost is probably the highest too. The results kept coming undone, so I had surgery three times, and I think the result is okay. Of course, the fact that they are willing to take responsibility and do revision surgery until the end is its own plus point.. But I often feel like they find patients bothersome.
