The doctor is a bit blunt and doesn't feel extremely kind.ᐟ They didn't push for excessive plastic surgery. They really said natural is best, and didn't add anything extra except what was truly necessary. I even said I wanted canthoplasty, but they said it wasn't needed.. If you want a natural look, go there.
