I had a lot of fat on my eyelids and severe ptosis too. Back then I went without really looking into anything and just made an appointment and had the surgery right away, but the line came out more satisfying than I expected, and even now, several years later, and I think it will never loosen in the future either, it has settled in really well. However... maybe they removed a bit less fat on one side, so there is a slight sausage-like look, and the inner corner was also made a little unevenㅜ Still, I'm mostly satisfied overall, so I'm just going to live with it.
