Maybe because I only went for a consultation, but both the doctor and the manager were very kind. I liked that they said it seemed right to go in the direction the patient wanted for surgery. At other places they said they wouldn’t recommend alar reduction, but here they said it might be fine. They did say that doing other things too would probably make the effect clearer. Still, they explained things well, so it was good!
