I went for a nose surgery consultation. I only went to get alar reduction, They also took photos and asked what medications I was taking, It felt like a large hospital. But they suggested various other options because my nose probably wouldn't be enough with alar reduction alone. He had an uncle-like vibe, so I could ask about a lot of things.
