I told them I wanted my nose to feel natural, and they showed me photos that looked extremely natural. Then they additionally recommended a paranasal augmentation procedure. It didn't match the style I wanted, so I don't think I'll have the surgery. The nose filler I got here before hasn't dissolved and is still there, but it spread a bit, so I'm going to have it dissolved.
