I got a quote of 1.65 million won for eye correction and full-incision double eyelid surgery, and 1.32 million won for lower canthoplasty, for a total of 2.97 million won. They said the surgery is very precise and would take about 3 hours. It seems the doctor is famous. I've seen ads for him very often on buses and taxis. The consultation was free, and the clinic facilities were really nice.
