1. The director did not see me during post-op follow-up (The initial consultation before surgery was only with the consultation director.. I only saw the surgeon on the day of surgery for the design.) 2. Mistake about surgical materials (I did not want any artificial materials, only ear cartilage) - First > The coordinator told the operating room to prepare silicone (They said they misunderstood when I said I wouldn't use it.) - Second > On the surgical record, an unagreed material (⭐mesh) was used *I later requested removal, but after removal it collapsed, and they said my nose could bend and I would have to live with it or just accept it. They did not explain any measures or methods to reduce side effects after removal. No apology or refund. 3. Prescribed medication omitted - Painkillers and antibiotics were omitted, so I felt the osteotomy pain raw and had a fever - The clinic did not realize the omission, so when I visited later I had to ask for the medication first to get it - While receiving the medication, I said I had a fever, but there was no additional check or treatment -> They only told me to eat well and take my medicine well **Conclusion I strongly felt there was poor communication among the medical staff If the discussion with the consultation director is not conveyed to the surgeon.. then I don't understand why the pre-op consultation is done with the consultation director The consultation was more about answering questions than giving an overall explanation, so please make a question list before you visit It felt like a factory-style hospital I felt the aftercare and response when problems arise were insufficient
