On other apps or right after surgery, the abdominal side line looks indented, but it's only a temporary effect (because of bandages and the like) and gradually returns to a rounder shape. I had them carve out the love-handle area as much as possible, and there is waist asymmetry. I wanted correction because the abdominal side asymmetry was too severe, but they refused. There is still fat left on the sides and front abdomen, so I'm planning to have revision surgery at another hospital. I paid a lot of money, and if they aren't going to remove any more of the remaining fat, I think they should at least correct the asymmetry-related side effects. They seem to remove a lot from the back of the abdomen, and the front abdomen still has quite a bit of fat left. When I measured it 6 months after surgery, for 163 cm and 49 kg, ultrasound showed 1 cm of fat remaining on the front abdomen. Overall, the director seems to have good surgical skills and a good sense of aesthetics, but when side effects occur after surgery, they don't handle aftercare responsibly and just ignore it. It was not cheap at all, and even saying they're the most expensive in the industry wouldn't be an exaggeration, so I think this is a serious problem.
