I’m writing this review because I recently requested a consultation about complications from a past surgery and got turned away, which was absurd. I think the surgery itself wasn’t bad. Except for my face. I had calf surgery in 2018 and in 2019 I had face, arm wing + axillary breast, side abdomen, abdomen + love handle surgery It was my second revision surgery, excluding the calves. After my second full-body surgery at a famous hospital in Apgujeong caused severe complications, I found this place and met Director Jung Hye-yeon, and she helped me recover to a somewhat better state. She at least improved the asymmetry on the left and right sides of my abdomen a little. I didn’t know it at the time after the facial surgery, but now when I go for revision consultations, every clinic says my side cheek area was over-suctioned and is too hollow, so much so that they recommend fat grafting. I can understand that too and let it go. But recently I asked for a consultation, and I didn’t even ask them to do after-sales service first. I just mentioned my past surgery history and said that my last surgery had been done here. They then bluntly said they absolutely could not take me in here, which was ridiculous. I had originally planned to pay the regular price and have surgery after the consultation, but the way they responded left me speechless. I wasn’t even saying I wanted revision surgery here because I had complications here. I was asking about upper-body liposuction and fat grafting for hip dips and the buttocks, but I only ended up feeling offended. And even if I had said I was asking for a consultation because something went wrong here, doesn’t this response mean they won’t provide aftercare later even if something does go wrong? Thanks to them, I got a good look at what a clinic without a sense of responsibility looks like.
