It seems like the goal is to make you look like a Barbie doll, just like the name says. It did not suit me since I prefer something natural, but if you want a dramatic before-and-after, this would be a good place to do it. The doctor showed me my jawline and said it would turn out like this, but it did not quite match my aesthetic sense.
