In my previous surgery, I had a functional nose surgery along with septal extension, so I had it removed and the columellar support was built with ear cartilage. As a result, my nose became crooked and my ear was horribly deformed. I wrote a review about that, and then received a certified letter saying I would be sued for defamation and fraud, so I got scared and took the post down.
