Wow.. I expected a lot because it was famous, but the chief director seemed extremely confident. He said he could confidently make the arm bones in a way that other clinics don't talk about, which was tempting.. but the price is the cost of an entire upper body elsewhere, for just one arm... Still, if the results turn out well, maybe I'll do it here..
