The front desk staff read out the pre-op precautions right before surgery. I feel like, as a hospital staff member before surgery, they should have shown themselves to be reliable. But on top of stuttering as a basic issue, they seemed so unprepared for the job that I wondered whether they actually knew what they were doing, and they looked flustered when I asked questions. The manager's tone felt condescending, like they were trying to lecture me, and they pushed hard for payment. I am generally satisfied with the results. However, I do not plan to come back.
