I only had a consultation with the counselor and haven't had surgery yet. I didn't consult with the doctor, but the counselor seemed very professional and was extremely kind. But they seemed too busy, so... I ended up leaving without being able to ask the main thing I was most curious about... The counselor was so good at talking that I was tempted, but the fact that there was no doctor consultation weighs heavily on my mind.
