The doctor really looked at my face in detail and only recommended the surgery I actually needed, so I trusted them. But they seem to prefer a very natural aesthetic. They said my nose is so small that even 3 mm silicone wouldn't fit. Still, compared with other clinics, the system of the hospital didn't feel very professional.
