The manager was incredibly kind, and the director was so confident that you could really feel they had a lot of revision-surgery experience. My sausage-like eyes are originally an extremely difficult case, and at other hospitals the directors didn't speak with that kind of confidence, but here they clearly pointed out that they've seen a lot of cases like mine, which made me trust them. The consultation was extremely good, but since there aren't many reviews, I'm still a little unsure.
