The manager and the doctor were both kind and examined me very carefully and sincerely. The consultation time was longer than at other hospitals, and they understood the characteristics of my eyes the best. This was the only hospital that noticed that I have slight eyelid exposure when I close my eyes. I was very satisfied with the consultation. The manager did not push surgery on me, and the doctor also explained in detail many things, such as what factors make my eyes a difficult case, how they would operate if I did have surgery, and what would happen if I didn't, so I could think it through properly. The quoted price was high because, in my situation, it would require a major job with a lot to do. Most people would not get such a high price if they went.
