When I had the consultation, they looked closely at my nose and explained everything in detail, and whenever I asked a question they answered kindly. The female director seems to be very meticulous. They showed me before-and-after photos while explaining the surgery method, so it was easier to understand. They said they would need to use ear cartilage, and they also examined my ear carefully, so they seemed very delicate.
