I had a reservation and went, but the wait was about 40 minutes. The preliminary consultation with the manager was kind and nice. They explained things in detail, but the consultation with the director was just so-so. Maybe because I had high expectations, there wasn't much kindness, but there did seem to be a serious attitude toward surgery. During the consultation, they told me to say what I wanted, but whenever I said something, they would cut me off sharply, so it was awkward.... They also reacted with a bit of distrust toward the surgery method recommended by another clinic.
