Overall, it wasn’t bad. The director and the consultation manager were kind, and they explained a lot. The consultation manager did push a bit for surgery-date reservations. I think aftercare will also be well taken care of, and the fact that they seem really meticulous made me feel reassured about that part. I looked at the before-and-after photos, and they do seem good at making things look natural, but personally I felt there was still a slight artificial feel even though it was natural.
