I had surgery with silicone + ear cartilage. It's been almost a year since the surgery, and I have had no side effects at all and it looks incredibly natural. At first I worried because it was too sharp, but now it's become so much less sharp that I feel a little disappointed............. Still, the side profile is elevated so naturally that I don't think anyone will know I had surgery ㅋㅋㅋ I also like that they kept checking on my progress for the first 6 months. It was reassuring. Above all, I'm most satisfied that I have no side effects and can live comfortably. On the day of surgery, the anesthesia was too weak and the operation took a long time, so it was really.. hard...ㅠㅠ I don't think I could do it a second time
