I was glad that the director explained things well, and I felt trust in the director's professionalism. I thought the fact that they spend a long time on surgery and handle the procedure carefully means the outcome will be good. The director also examined me personally and explained everything carefully, so I learned a lot. But I prefer it when they listen to my opinions and reflect them more, and they explained the standard surgical method for my nose, so I think I need to think it over.
