They said the surgery would take only 5 hours, so I thought they must be really meticulous, but at the same time I worried that keeping it open that long might increase the chance of infection. Since the surgery time was more than 2 hours longer than at other hospitals, I also wondered if their technique might be lacking. But it was ironic because the director had a lot of experience. The consultation was really detailed and long, which I liked, but they said they could make the area up to the philtrum look a bit sunken, and since they vaguely said there was a method to do something with the philtrum, it actually made me less confident... It seemed like they were pursuing a natural look.
