The person who consulted me was kind, and there was no pressure to make a reservation. The director had a stronger style than I expected (?) He said that at other hospitals they would tell me to make an incision on the nose, and since this is not a nose that should be operated on, he explained in detail what surgical method he would use, even when I didn't ask, which was good from the perspective of someone getting a consultation.
