I had surgery 7 years ago after a friend's recommendation, and up to now it's been holding up well with no side effects. The consultation manager was kind, and everyone who was there back then was kind too. The director gives off a very sharp, city-woman kind of vibe, but she strongly pursues natural results and firmly says no when something can't be done. I remember everything from the time of my cosmetic surgery, and she did everything herself from start to finish!! It wasn't the nose I wanted, but since my nose was so ugly, I'm satisfied.
