Among all the directors I've seen so far, this one was the kindest. I took off one star because the waiting time was long since there were a lot of people, and because it looked a little hectic due to the large number of patients. He explained things really kindly and clearly, showed photos of similar cases, and explained the surgery method with a model? and even drew on the monitor to explain, so it was easy to understand. The director was really nice, but the fact that there were too many people bothered me a little I kept wondering whether they'd really take good care of me? At the same time I also thought, if they're good, maybe that's why there are so many people? So I'm torn.
