The office manager was kind, but not very professional. During the consultation with the director (incisional revision double eyelid surgery, entropion), they did not use a cotton swab or anything else to show how the line would change after surgery using a mirror. It was vague? I skipped because of the event~ It was more overdiagnosed than the other places I consulted.
