The consultation fee was free. I got a CT scan and then consulted with the director, and it was a somewhat different perspective. My nose implant was 5 mm, and he said if I wanted something more glamorous, I would need to raise it more... My skin is thin and my nose is on the small side, so I thought raising it more wasn't a good idea, so I only consulted. There were a lot of photos I liked, but... because my nose is small... Donated rib cartilage was on the pricey side, and the manager didn't push me. I took a business card and left.
