There was quite a wait to consult with the director, and I think I spent a pretty long time consulting with the manager. The director really gives explanations in a firm, straightforward way, but it felt like there wasn’t much extra explanation, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the line seemed better than I expected. And they really seem very clear about what can and cannot be done, so I guess there’s not much room to compromise on that? Still, both the reviews and the hospital itself are clean and seem fine, so I’m thinking about it.
