I went for a consultation because the combined under-eye canthoplasty + outer canthoplasty was much cheaper than the separate prices at other hospitals. The wait was long, but the staff were kind, and it took about an hour until I got to consult with the doctor. Whether surgery was possible depended on the space under the eye, and I was told that because there was enough space, surgery was possible.
