The consultation with the director was very good. As expected, it was professional. (Though it felt a bit short and rushed.) The consultation with the manager was, as expected, unprofessional. If I asked or said anything outside what she had memorized, her answers were completely off-topic. But within what she had memorized, she was very kind. Among the places I visited, her friendliness and smile were top-tier. The usual tactic of trying to force same-day booking by saying there’s only one surgery slot left and it’s full, so if you don’t book now you won’t get it, was used here too. During the consultation with the director, looking at the ultrasound while talking was definitely the best part.
