I had a revision surgery 10 years ago. I chose it because I was tempted by the claim that they wouldn't put anything in the tip of the nose, but the shape is terrible... they made the columella hang down, so my face looks longer and, anyway, the whole mood of my face changed and I don't like it. It seems safe, but they don't seem to have any aesthetic sense, and it just feels like they make everyone's noses look similar. And somehow they seem to exaggerate a lot, always saying they're the best and do everything better than anyone else. Even their website says things like they performed 30,000 surgeries over 20 years, but is 30,000 physically even possible? lol
