It was quiet when I visited after making a reservation! It goes consultation manager - doctor - consultation manager. The manager is indeed the type that people either like or dislike, just like the other reviews said. The doctor was the type to give concise, to-the-point feedback, and said clearly when something was not possible. There was some pressure to reserve on the same day.
