After a short wait, I had a consultation with the director right after speaking with the manager. The director explained things really well, in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. When I said I was also considering doing it elsewhere, he told me not to do the parts that wouldn't have much effect. He recommended only the parts that were really necessary. I paid the deposit and booked here right away. I had the surgery, so I'll leave a post-op review afterward too.
