I went for a consultation for a bulbous nose rhinoplasty! They showed me the silicone in person and explained it, and the consultation with the director seemed quite long. They said the materials used are silicone, ear cartilage, and costal cartilage. They said they use 4-5 mm silicone. They said they can’t use the septum, so they need costal cartilage, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage..? At other places, they said I would need alar base lowering and nostril reduction, but here they didn’t mention those separately. For aftercare, it was basically swelling injections and swelling laser. Free A/S is up to 1 year. They said the packing is removed the very next day, and I just need to come in on day 7 and day 14. They said they do 2-3 surgeries, but the director still looked tired.. The price is based on donated costal cartilage.
