I went there determined after reading the review post, but they were even more curt than I expected. They only answered the exact question asked and would only give one-word replies even when I asked follow-up questions. A plastic surgery clinic only needs to do the surgery well, but even so I felt so awkward during the consultation that it made me not want to have cosmetic surgery there. If the outcome were bad, I'd be really angry if they responded like that too.
