Because of a nonunion in my cheekbone, I was under tremendous mental stress from the complications (symptoms like sound in the ear and not being able to open my mouth), and while researching places, some even mentioned major surgery. I kept going to consultations while barely holding myself together. By chance I met Director Lee Hyeong-gyo, and despite my loss of trust in plastic surgeons because of revision surgery for complications, my anxiety, and my skepticism, I chose Director Lee Hyeong-gyo at FO among many hospitals and had the revision surgery(? haha, heh). Honestly, only people who have gone through complications know what it feels like to go into surgery hoping, "Please, let this be my last surgery." It has been one week now, and I am still watching the progress, but I believe it went well. First of all, if you have been to many consultations, you can really feel how much the doctor understands the patient and how much professional knowledge they share with the patient. Director Lee Hyeong-gyo spoke honestly about my condition and suggested several ways to solve it. He must have clearly noticed that I was very anxious and that I no longer trusted doctors. Every place said something different Even so, he explained calmly and did not push me toward an excessive surgery by amplifying my anxiety (which is probably what makes a hospital the most money. They must know that patients seeking functional revision, not cosmetic revision, are clinging to any straw they can find.) He recommended the safest surgical method. I heard from the manager that he was very sorry.. If you see this review, I strongly recommend going to consult with the director I went there to receive treatment, and after surgery I saw the director come back in with two beads of sweat running down his forehead.. haha.. I really felt that he was doing his absolute best for one person If I had stock, I would want to invest in this hospital.. it feels like a hospital that could skyrocket, to put it that way. The director was already very well-known though~ And the bruising and swelling were really not big.. of course there are individual differences, but you know there is definitely a difference depending on whether they handle you roughly or carefully. Manager Kim A-young is also an absolute angel.. you can really feel her kindness. A truly grateful person in human terms, go find Manager A-young. She is someone who takes care of you even behind the scenes. Even the people at the front desk were super kind, and I don't know, everything was just good You all know the hospital staff are the face of the doctor, right? People say to just go by the doctor alone, but look at the overall atmosphere too.. you only understand it if you go properly
