Among the hospitals I consulted, the staff weren't unusually kind or especially attentive, but the director explained the surgery method in detail, including how many millimeters of bone would be removed, so I felt reassured. The director and the manager are very kind.. And I felt like they tried to match what the patient wanted as much as possible, so overall I was satisfied.
