I have never had such a thorough and useful surgical consultation before. The concept of inner-corner restoration was unfamiliar and overwhelming, but the surgeon prepared PPT materials personally and explained the principles and process in a way that was very easy to understand. The kind, level-appropriate guidance made my vague worries disappear completely, and I was moved throughout the consultation. Although the surgeon has since opened a separate clinic, I wanted to leave a review because my memory of that consultation was so good. It became an opportunity for me to clearly understand what to focus on when considering restoration surgery.
