Because my face looked somewhat dull, I decided to have my eyes and nose operated on at the same time. The consultant was excellent, immediately understood exactly what I wanted, and kindly and transparently explained everything from the cost to postoperative care, which made me trust the clinic. After surgery, I had to visit often for follow-up care, and every time I felt that the treatment-room staff were kind. They took careful measures to minimize discomfort during swelling laser treatment and dressing changes, and always asked first whether anything was uncomfortable, so I felt very at ease throughout recovery. My eyes look more defined and my nose more prominent, and people around me compliment me that my overall impression looks much more refined, which makes me proud!
