Before surgery, shape was important, of course, but I was worried it might look too artificial or that the texture might not soften. At first after breast surgery, I could not really tell because of the swelling and because I was being careful. As time gradually passed, though, they became more natural, and now they feel soft and yielding to the touch. They also move naturally with my movements instead of seeming separate. I am satisfied.
