My nose was thick horizontally, so they recommended osteotomy. The part I disliked the most disappeared very naturally. They said that if they shaved down the dorsal hump, my nose would get lower, so when I said I wanted to raise the upper part of the hump, they took tissue from the sides and filled in the upper part for me. Even though the swelling still hasn't gone down, I really like it.. I was wondering whether I should shave the hump or put an implant or bone graft on top and attach it, but since I said I didn't want anything inserted, they solved it perfectly...
