I went for my first consultation. I went at the appointment time I had booked, but the director was in surgery at exactly that time; so the manager said, as if making a big deal out of it, that the director asked the surgery patient for understanding, pushed the surgery back a bit, and would consult with me first, and I found it ridiculous. Still, the manager’s tone and attitude were generally kind. The doctor was just an ordinary doctor. I went because they said they’re good at bulbous noses. The order was CT-manager-director-manager. They said they’d waive the VAT if I booked that day, so I put down a deposit, but later decided to go somewhere else and canceled. It took about a week to get the deposit refunded by bank transfer; I ended up not doing it because I found somewhere I liked more, but overall the facilities and kindness were not bad. Still, I didn’t do the surgery because I was suspicious of the method where they put the trimmed tissue back into the tip of the nose, and the price being so cheap. +) The manager here is really great.... This was my first consultation, so I didn’t know, but looking back, the manager was really good; they had told me in advance that the refund would normally be after deducting 10%, but they refunded the full amount, and they were also kind when handling the refund.. Since it was my first consultation, I thought all managers were like that, but now that I think about it, they were an amazing manager..ㅠㅜ
