I went for a consultation for revision double-eyelid surgery plus upper, outer, and lower canthoplasty, along with alar reduction and nostril rim lifting. For the double eyelids, because the Mongolian fold was severe, they said an in-line would not be able to lift them much, and since my eyes are sunken, they wouldn't expect much effect later when they sag again, so they recommended an in-out line of about 8 mm. For the canthoplasty, they said the upper canthoplasty was necessary because the Mongolian fold was strong, and although there wasn't much space for the outer canthoplasty, doing it together with the lower canthoplasty could make things feel a bit more open. They said alar reduction was possible and they could lift the nasal ala a bit as well. I asked them to do nostril rim lifting and alar reduction as two separate procedures, but they never even used the term nostril rim lifting and treated it as one surgery that just reduces and lifts the ala, so I thought, as expected, only Director Hee-won has a patent on nostril rim lifting. The total price for revision double-eyelid surgery with buried sutures, upper/outer/lower canthoplasty, and alar reduction was 2.4 million won, which wasㅠ too cheap, and also the mother who came with me seemed to express concern about side effects and gave off the feeling that they wanted to just do it roughly and leave quickly, so I didn't feel good about it. The line they drew and their interpretation of my eyes were good, but it felt like this wasn't my fate.
