I went there for the first time, got a CT scan, then consulted with the manager, then the director, then the manager again. They said it would be good to make the nose tip thinner and slightly higher, without making it too flashy. It was my first time getting a nose consultation, so I went in knowing almost nothing, but they said the septal cartilage is a bit small, though my original nasal tip isn’t low to begin with, and the alar cartilage is on the larger side, so combining the two should be enough. They also talked about semi-bulbous nose correction? Since it isn’t that wide, if I lose a bit of fat, the nose tip line should come out nicely and slim. For the bridge, they said they’d use silicone and make a mold of my bridge at the surgery center to prepare silicone that fits me. The doctor and the consultation manager both felt so-so to me, neither especially kind nor especially unkind.
