Unlike the large hospitals I had visited, all the managers and staff were so, so kind, and above all I liked that I could have my consultation at the scheduled time without waiting. They held my nose tip with a cotton swab and told me this is about how it would look after surgery, and they didn’t recommend any extra procedures at all, and they didn’t push me to book on the same day like saying, go around to other hospitals and contact us later. They took a CT and explained things while looking at it, and they captured the overall feeling well, so the consultation was good. It was so good that I went back for a second consultation when I was making my final decision.
